How it works

The promise, the plan, the outcome

I started my private practice in 29 days and hit $100K in under 11 months. I've been refining the system for a decade. This is how I teach it.

01

The promise

Ten therapists. Twelve months. A six-figure private practice with your sanity intact — built the right way, not the burned-out way.

02

The plan

Business systems, branding, insurance strategy, documentation, clinical differentiation, and the mindset work that keeps it all from collapsing under its own weight.

03

The outcome

A practice you don't need to escape from — one that funds the life you actually want and aligns with why you became a therapist in the first place.

What you'll learn

Eleven domains, one coherent practice

Everything I wish someone had taught me — from the nuts and bolts of running the business to the inner work of owning your worth as a solo practitioner.

01

Foundations of business

Entity setup, systems, tools, and the operational spine that everything else rests on.

02

Branding & marketing

A brand that actually sounds like you and a marketing plan you don't dread.

03

Sustainable referral networks

Building a referral engine that keeps feeding the practice long after the launch buzz fades.

04

Insurance ins & outs

When to take it, when to leave it, and how to make it work without letting it run you.

05

Negotiating better rates

Scripts, timing, and leverage for getting paid what you're actually worth.

06

Audit-proof documentation

Notes that hold up to scrutiny without eating your weekends.

07

Niche clinical modalities

Choosing modalities that let you stand out in your niche — and actually charge for the skill.

08

A life-friendly practice

Designing a business you don't need to escape from — so self-care stops meaning “distraction from burnout.”

09

Wealth elevation

Strategies that move you from getting paid to building actual financial stability and surplus.

10

Release work & mindset

Intention setting and release work to install the mindset of a successful entrepreneur — because the inner game is 80% of the outer game.

11

Self-worth as a solo practitioner

Discovering — and capitalizing on — your actual worth, so pricing stops feeling like a moral dilemma.

Who it's for

  • Therapists ready to go solo or level up a practice that's already running
  • Practitioners tired of trading every hour for a paycheck and watching their life shrink around the calendar
  • Clinicians who want their work to fund a life, not consume one
  • People willing to do the mindset work — not just the tactical work — that actually makes this sustainable

Who it's NOT for

  • People looking for a shortcut or a done-for-you service — this teaches you to build it, not build it for you
  • Therapists who only want the tactics and resist the mindset and release work that actually sustains the change
  • Anyone unwilling to have real conversations about money, rates, and owning their own worth
  • People who need clinical supervision — this is business mentorship, not supervision
  • Anyone who can't commit to the six-month arc or show up consistently to the group work

Why this works when other programs haven't

  • It's intimate. Ten therapists total — not a mass course. Real attention, real feedback, real integration.
  • It covers the full stack — business, clinical differentiation, and mindset — instead of one slice in isolation.
  • The release work dismantles the self-sabotage that keeps therapists charging less than they're worth and overdelivering until they burn out.
  • The refund window (full in 15 days, partial through 30) means you can commit without being locked in.
The frame

Therapists don't fail at private practice because they lack skill. They fail because no one teaches them the business, the mindset, and the identity of a successful practice owner — all at once. That gap is what this program fills.

Your six months, in arcs

  • Months 1-2 — Foundation. Systems, branding, first real referral streams.
  • Months 3-4 — Expansion. Insurance optimization, niche positioning, rate negotiation.
  • Months 5-6 — Integration. Wealth elevation, life design, sustainable rhythm you can hold on your own.
Investment

Two ways in

Both tiers get the curriculum and the cohort. VIP adds more 1:1 time, retainer-level support, and extras. Five spots each — ten therapists total.

FAQ

Questions therapists usually ask

Short answers to what tends to come up before signing on.

Is this clinical supervision?

No. Private Practice Mastery is business mentorship and coaching offered through Coach Brad LLC, focused on building and running a successful private practice. It is not clinical supervision, therapy, or a licensed clinical service.

What if I don't have a practice yet?

Perfect time to start. I built mine in 29 days. The program covers the launch mechanics as well as growth — so you won't spend months spinning on the wrong things first.

What if I already have a practice but it's struggling?

Also a fit. Most of the curriculum (branding, referrals, insurance strategy, rate negotiation, documentation, mindset) applies whether you're starting or rebuilding. We'll meet you where you are.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within the first 15 days. Partial refund through day 30. After that, it's a six-month minimum commitment. A pay-in-full discount is available on the Pro tier.

Why such a small cohort?

Ten therapists is intentional. Large programs dilute attention and accountability. This is built to be high-contact — you get real feedback, real responses, real momentum.

What's the difference between VIP and Pro?

VIP is the hands-on tier: more 1:1 time, weekly office hours, retainer-level text/email/phone support, and extra perks. Pro is a leaner version of the same curriculum with less individual time — ideal if you're more self-directed and want the structure and community without the full white-glove treatment.

This program is business coaching and mentorship. It is not a substitute for clinical supervision, legal advice, accounting advice, or psychiatric care. Results vary based on how much you put into the work.
