A 6-month intimate container for 10 therapists who want to grow a six-figure private practice without losing their sanity in the process. Two tiers, five spots each, opening for the next cohort.
I started my private practice in 29 days and hit $100K in under 11 months. I've been refining the system for a decade. This is how I teach it.
Ten therapists. Twelve months. A six-figure private practice with your sanity intact — built the right way, not the burned-out way.
Business systems, branding, insurance strategy, documentation, clinical differentiation, and the mindset work that keeps it all from collapsing under its own weight.
A practice you don't need to escape from — one that funds the life you actually want and aligns with why you became a therapist in the first place.
Everything I wish someone had taught me — from the nuts and bolts of running the business to the inner work of owning your worth as a solo practitioner.
Entity setup, systems, tools, and the operational spine that everything else rests on.
A brand that actually sounds like you and a marketing plan you don't dread.
Building a referral engine that keeps feeding the practice long after the launch buzz fades.
When to take it, when to leave it, and how to make it work without letting it run you.
Scripts, timing, and leverage for getting paid what you're actually worth.
Notes that hold up to scrutiny without eating your weekends.
Choosing modalities that let you stand out in your niche — and actually charge for the skill.
Designing a business you don't need to escape from — so self-care stops meaning “distraction from burnout.”
Strategies that move you from getting paid to building actual financial stability and surplus.
Intention setting and release work to install the mindset of a successful entrepreneur — because the inner game is 80% of the outer game.
Discovering — and capitalizing on — your actual worth, so pricing stops feeling like a moral dilemma.
Therapists don't fail at private practice because they lack skill. They fail because no one teaches them the business, the mindset, and the identity of a successful practice owner — all at once. That gap is what this program fills.
Both tiers get the curriculum and the cohort. VIP adds more 1:1 time, retainer-level support, and extras. Five spots each — ten therapists total.
Short answers to what tends to come up before signing on.
No. Private Practice Mastery is business mentorship and coaching offered through Coach Brad LLC, focused on building and running a successful private practice. It is not clinical supervision, therapy, or a licensed clinical service.
Perfect time to start. I built mine in 29 days. The program covers the launch mechanics as well as growth — so you won't spend months spinning on the wrong things first.
Also a fit. Most of the curriculum (branding, referrals, insurance strategy, rate negotiation, documentation, mindset) applies whether you're starting or rebuilding. We'll meet you where you are.
Full refund within the first 15 days. Partial refund through day 30. After that, it's a six-month minimum commitment. A pay-in-full discount is available on the Pro tier.
Ten therapists is intentional. Large programs dilute attention and accountability. This is built to be high-contact — you get real feedback, real responses, real momentum.
VIP is the hands-on tier: more 1:1 time, weekly office hours, retainer-level text/email/phone support, and extra perks. Pro is a leaner version of the same curriculum with less individual time — ideal if you're more self-directed and want the structure and community without the full white-glove treatment.
This program is business coaching and mentorship. It is not a substitute for clinical supervision, legal advice, accounting advice, or psychiatric care. Results vary based on how much you put into the work.
Send us a message to get answers to any of your questions & we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours or as soon as possible.
