Is this therapy?

No. This is executive coaching and personal-development work offered through Coach Brad LLC. It is not therapy, medical care, or psychiatric treatment, and is offered separately from any licensed clinical services.

How is this different from generic executive coaching?

Most executive coaching runs at one layer — tactics, or strategy, or mindset. This integrates three: strategic clarity, pattern-level release work (NLP/Huna/Spiral), and execution accountability. The inner work usually is the bottleneck, and most coaches don't have the toolkit for it.

Do I need to commit to a package to start?

No. The single session exists for exactly this reason — test fit on a specific challenge, see if the work lands, then decide. Most people who do the package did a single session first.

How often do we meet?

Cadence depends on the engagement and what you're working on. We'll set the right rhythm during the first session — usually weekly or bi-weekly for packages, ad hoc for single sessions.

What if I've already done a lot of personal development?

Good. That means you'll recognize when real work is happening vs. surface-level reframing. The pattern-level release work often reaches places prior coaching and personal development haven't touched.

Can we meet in person?

Most sessions run over Zoom. In-person is possible for package clients when it fits the work — we decide together.
